We do not rent the room by the hour; instead, a minimum food and drink expenditure of $10.00 per person will apply. When the minimum is met there is no additional charge for use of the room. A typical meal for this amount would be one of our deli sandwiches, potato chips, a cookie or brownie and iced tea or coffee. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm all details including food choices one week prior to the reservation. If you order something other than what we offer on our menu, we require a "guaranteed" number of entrees seven days prior to the event. This guarantee is not subject to decrease and you are financially responsible for this "guaranteed" count. The number of guests confirmed will serve as the minimum for payment. Should the number exceed the minimum, the customer will be charged for the actual number of guests. Children under 10 will be charged at half the adult entree' price. All food and beverages consumed for private parties must be provided by Java Johnny's. If your party or meeting will not be during our regular business hours, there will be an additional hourly charge to pay one or more employees to remain after their normal shift. The number of employees needed will vary according to the type of event.
State of Ohio is applicable to all food and drink purchases. If your organization is tax exempt, please present your tax exempt certificate when placing your deposit.
Payment of any catering done by Java Johnny's is due on the day of the event, unless special billing arrangements have been made prior to the event. We accept Visa, Discovery, MasterCard, American Express and pre-approved company checks.
Other than cakes and other items approved by Java Johnny's, food purchased outside of Java Johnny's is not permitted. Customers are responsible for any damages incurred during your event.
